Venezuela
Blackouts
Once again Venezuela is in the news, due to mismanagement, this
time resulting in their electrical grid collapsing. Maduro
blames sabotage, but electrical outages had become frequent and
a fact of life in Maduro’s mismanaged country. Instead of buying
seed and tractor parts for the farmers, Maduro paid the
interest on IMF loans. Starvation
ensued. The national currency, the Bolivar, has long since
inflated into worthlessness. Now a coup
is in process from challenger Guaido, trying to displace
Maduro. Now the country has been plunged into darkness.

- The power flickered on and off in
parts of Caracas, including the presidential palace of
Miraflores. Six of the country's 23 states still lacked
power. Maduro blamed the outages on "electromagnetic and
cyber attacks directed from abroad by the empire." A total
of 17 people had died during the blackout, including nine
deaths in emergency rooms. Clinics in the sweltering
western state of Zulia, which suffers chronic regional
blackouts, had scaled back operations after nearly 72
hours without power.

Power, Communications Outage

- Venezuela’s worst power and
communications outage on Friday deepened a sense of
isolation and decay, endangering hospital patients,
forcing schools and businesses to close and cutting people
off from their families, friends and the outside world.
Venezuelans have grown begrudgingly accustomed to power
cuts, but nothing like the one that hit during rush hour,
sending thousands of people on long nighttime treks in the
dark to their homes. It reached virtually every part of
the oil-rich country of 31 million, which was once Latin
America’ wealthiest but is now beset by shortages and
hyperinflation. Many of the more than 3.4 million
Venezuelans who have fled thus far left with valuable
skills— including energy expertise — and the government’s
allegations of a saboteurs’ plot was met with skepticism
by many in Caracas. About half of 23 hospitals surveyed
were grappling with failing generators.
Where blackouts cause temporary distress, a prolonged blackout
comes with more problems. Food rots in freezers and the lack of
potable water and flushing toilets cause disease to spread. Of
course looting is rampant. Why did the Venezuela grid collapse?
In a country of 30 million, over 3 million have fled to Brazil
or Colombia, among them surely are those with technical and thus
marketable skills. Per the Zetas, mankind can expect this for
their industries after the Pole Shift. Thus, Venezuela is a
preview.

- Pictures reveal that some
supermarkets in the capital have been left ransacked by
desperate residents as they struggle to find food. The
country will enter its fifth consecutive day of power
outages, which have also forced people to rummage through
bins for food, queue to charge electronic devices using a
solar panel and buy bread with 100-dollar bills.

- Unlike the fetid liquid flowing
through the Guaire river, the water emerging from the pipe
was at least clear. Those who gathered to collect it said
the water had been released by local authorities from
reservoirs. They added, however, that it was being carried
through unsanitary pipes and should only be used to flush
toilets or scrub floors. Venezuelans from working-class
neighbourhoods to upscale apartment towers are complaining
of increasingly infrequent showers, unwashed dishes, and
stinking toilets.
- Fears of One Million Dead this Week
March 10, 2019
https://halturnerradioshow.com/index.php/en/news-page/world/fears-of-one-million
- Infants needing Neonatal
incubators began dying (80 so far that we know of);
patients needing Kidney Dialysis began dying; patients who
needed respirators to breathe, died when the machines went
off (300 so far); diabetics who need insulin watched the
insulin go bad from lack of refrigeration - those deaths
are pending; those with other illnesses or injuries could
not be operated on (297 dead so far). Numerous people in
Caracas were seen drinking water from sewage canals. Their
consumption of this untreated and foul water will result
in stomach cramps and Diarrhea within 24-48 hours.
Vomiting and fever by 36 hours, Dysentery and dehydration
within 48 hours, Coma then death within 72-96 hours.
Outbreaks of Cholera and Typhus can be expected by the end
of this coming week.
ZetaTalk Prediction
4/15/1999: Consider
what is necessary to run the average manufacturing plant,
which runs heavy machinery. Gears, metal plates - it all looks
quite solid. Let’s say the building stands after the pole
shift, and the machinery itself is pretty durable. So why
would it not run? All the necessary small parts, the
lubricants and additives that will not be available. The
chemical industry will be very hard hit, as much of their
stores are liquid and will burst, spray, disburse, and require
specialized ingredients to create in the first place.
What motive is there for
staying and maintaining this factory? Who is going to feed the
workers, or pay their salary? There is simply no flow of
money. Bridges are down. The grid is down. The government is
in chaos, and gone off to huddle and get drunk and discuss
among themselves. Workers do not come out of loyalty, starving
to death, to keep a corporate fat cat in business. They go
off, attempting to find food for themselves. If the industry
loses its skills, what occurs? Any industry that finds that
its skilled workers are no longer available fails!
Maduro currently has the loyalty of the Venezuelan military, but
for how long? He has accused the US of sabotage, and with Elliot
Abrams as the US pointman, this certainly seems like a
possibility. Even Martial Law has limits, as the Zetas detailed
for the Aftertime after the Pole Shift. What should those
concerned about the pending Pole Shift do? Research safe
locations, which should never include cities. Prepare for self-sufficiency
and rebuilding shelters from junk
or utilizing houseboat communities.
- Impatience Swells as Venezuelans
Protest Maduro in Caracas Again
March 9, 2019
https://www.bloombergquint.com/politics/venezuelans-protest
- Juan Guaido, the challenger to
President Nicolas Maduro, brought thousands of supporters
to the streets of Caracas. More than 50 nations, including
the U.S., support Guaido as president and want Maduro, the
autocratic heir to Chavismo, gone. Some power was
restored, only to go out again. Food started to rot in a
country that is starving. Maduro emerged from two days out
of public view. He initially blamed sabotage, likely
American, for knocking out the electricity. But there
wasn’t even fuel for generators, and the president drew a
small crowd.
ZetaTalk Prediction
11/6/2004: We
have stated that by the time the pole shift is seen as
inevitable, with rotation slowing to a stop and the monster
passing planet like a dragon in the sky, that travel will be
impossible, divided loyalties suddenly crystallizing into one
direction, innovation to overcome disaster on the rise, while
fully 43% of mankind goes mad from the horror and uncertainty.
For Martial Law to succeed, an unbroken chain needs to exist,
but the broken link will prevent this.
Where internment or work
camps have been planned in the past, they require rail lines
that work, else internment or slavery occurs close to home and
fails because of this. An army that cannot march or descent
from the skies is ignored, and the exponential increase in
disasters affecting travel will slowly create this scenario.
Thus local rule will be the only concern, certainly not
federal rule, and most likely not even state or provincial
rule. Martial Law requires the long reach of the law, but all
the links in this chain will be broken.
The press of disasters, and
acute pain, prioritize loyalties and the rules they represent
quickly. The first to go are those at a distance from the home
and heart. Soldiers go AWOL in a wink, even if at a great
distance from home, seeing their commanders suddenly
irrelevant. Soldiers with a basic good heart simply walk away
from orders that are cruel or dictatorial, the order not
heeded, leaving commanders sputtering and red faced, alone.
Martial Law requires the unrequited loyalty of soldiers, but
almost every soldier, certainly the grunts in the trenches or
manning the guns, will become a broken link in this chain.
When disasters and the acute
pain this brings descend, it will not be the leaders of
countries or corporations that emerge with solutions, it will
be leadership emerging from the common man. The power mongers
will sit in their control centers, barking orders, but no one
will be listening. Where have the sheep gone? Over the hill,
like wild horses, following the stallion. Not sheep, after
all. Martial Law requires the populace to follow directives,
like sheep, but every resourceful solution to a crisis breaks
that chain.
Man sees the Sun rise in the
East, hears his religion assert a connection to the gods, and
thinks the laws of the land virtually immutable. Then one day
the Sun rises in the NW, the church is red faced and without
comment, and the government in disarray and not fulfilling
their duties. Depression, hysteria, hiding in closets and
seeking comfort in delusions, all will emerge, epidemic. Those
most needing to be in control, such as the self serving power
mongers attempting to rule the world, and those most seeking
the comfort that a sense of continuity provides, such as the
spiritually immature, will be most affected.
Boeing 737 Max 8
What caused two Boeing 737 Max 8 planes to crash, nose down,
within months? First there was a Lion airliner in Indonesia last
October, then an Ethiopian crash in March. US pilots had filed
incident reports last November, saying they suddenly lost
control of their 737 Max 8 when switching on autopilot, with the
plane nosing down into a dive. The Zetas provide their insight.

- Investigators are still waiting
for information from Ethiopian Airlines Flight 302’s voice
and data recorders, which were recovered from the crash
site. The pilots had told air traffic control they were
having “flight control problems.” At least two pilots who
flew Boeing 737 Max 8 planes on routes in the United
States had raised concerns in November about the noses of
their planes suddenly dipping after engaging autopilot. It
is believed that inaccurate readings fed into the Max 8’s
computerized system may have made the plane enter a
sudden, automatic descent.

noise and trailed smoke and debris as it swerved above a
field of panicked cows before hitting earth, according to
witnesses. The plane turned sharply, trailing white smoke
and items like clothes and papers, then crashed.
ZetaTalk Insight
3/31/2019: The Boeing 737 Max 8 has been
flying for several years, considered a reliable workhorse
worldwide. What has happened that only recently two crashes
occurred, both involving the nose of the plane stubbornly
pointing down? The charged tail of Nibiru has descended,
causing not only the Lomonosov
explosions but also neon clouds
so low they blow transformers, as occurred in New York City.
Static electricity is evident, per a Mr
MBB333 video, and this all certainly translates to more
electro-magnetic pulse affecting mankind’s electronics.
President Trump, who is aware
of Nibiru and the EMP problems, is spot on when he says the
solution is to allow the pilots to control the plane –
manually. When the sensors are affected by EMP, they
mis-direct the autopilot, but gaining manual control of the
plane has become a wrestling match. The airline industry is
loath to admit their problems with EMP, blaming crashes on
pilot error, but gradually the public will become reluctant to
fly, as they should. Phone or Skype your loved ones, instead.
There are also EMP problems with smart cars that will
increasingly go rogue.
But on March 13 President Trump stepped in and grounded the 737
Max 8 and 9 until the problem is located. A popular workhorse,
used around the world, now grounded worldwide.

Biggest Headache

- U.S. Federal Aviation
Administration issued an emergency order keeping the
planes on the tarmac after refusing to do so in the days
immediately following the crash of a Max 8 operated by
Ethiopian Airlines that left 157 people dead.
It should also be noted that both these 737 Max 8 crashes were
either over water or over a known stretch zone or both.
Indonesia has been the site of numerous EMP disasters, starting
with MH370 and MH066, both of which
were over the stressed rock of the Sunda Plate and over water.
Stressed rock emits electronic screech and EMP loves to ground
in water. The Africa Roll is ripping open the African Rift
valley, which includes Ethiopia, thus it too is highly stressed
rock.
Solid Survival
Groups
The Zetas have advised that the common man should seek to form
a survival camp composed of friends and family, those they know,
and to avoid joining strangers who just advertise on the
Internet. Certainly, one’s church qualifies. Church socials,
outreach to the needy, and the lessons of Jesus who advised to
‘love the least among you” – all these are indications of a
solid Service-to-Other spiritual orientation. All that is needed
for a solid survival group is some gardening experience! And
perhaps a flock of chickens or a herd of goats. Enter Pastor
Brown.

Food Insecurity in Black Churches
February 4, 2019
https://wtop.com/living/2019/02/i-wanted-to-do-more-for-people
- The pastor at Pleasant Hope
Baptist Church in Baltimore, Maryland, noticed more
members of his congregation were suffering from
diet-related illnesses. So Brown turned to seeds, in
addition to scripture, and started a garden on a
1,500-square-foot plot of land in front of the church.
Today, that garden grows everything from summer squash to
kale, and yields 1,100 pounds of produce — all to feed the
community that meets weekly to worship. Brown partnered
with black farmers in the area to bring pop-up markets to
the church after Sunday service. In 2015, Brown launched
The Black Church Food Security Network — a grassroots
initiative that empowers black churches to establish a
sustainable food system. Too often, food insecure
communities receive charity, which is great in emergency
situations, but is not a long-term fix.

Jonah and the
Whale
Per the Zetas, this ancient tale is true. Is a whale’s mouth
large enough to encompass a man, and might a man emerge intact
from such an encounter? We wonder no longer as the recent true
tale of Rainer Schimpf of S Africa has been published.

ZetaTalk Jonah
10/15/1995: The
story of Jonah, who was swallowed by a whale and lived to tell
of it, occurred, but not exactly as told. During pole shifts,
massive tidal waves heave whales onto the land, dashing them
in the process. Debris of all types - living, dead, or
inanimate - is heaped and tossed together. A man who would
survive such a process would need protection, and one so lucky
as to be tossed into the gaping mouth of a dead whale may find
himself buffered from trauma, a survivor. Of course this did
not occur under water, as the man would have been drowned. The
whale was being washed ashore, its gullet open to the air.
Such a situation would not arise in the present day, but
during a cataclysm is possible.
