Bolivia Coup
One of S America’s most popular leaders – Evo Morales –
suddenly resigned under pressure from the Bolivian military. He
was under accusations of election fraud, a charge confirmed by
the Organization of American States (OAS). Rioting resulted, and
local police even joined the protesters. Bolivia sustains one of
the highest
poverty rates in S America, with 60% of Bolivians living
below the poverty line. In that Morales pushed policies that
penalized the oil industry was this a coup by the old guard? No,
per the Zetas, but it is a trend that will increasingly afflict
all Heads of State as the world’s economies falter.
- Evo Morales

- Widely regarded as the country's
first president to come from the indigenous population.
Once elected in 2005, Morales increased taxation on the
hydrocarbon industry to bolster social spending,
emphasizing projects to combat illiteracy, poverty,
racism, and sexism. Vocally criticizing neoliberalism and
reducing Bolivia's dependence on the World Bank and
International Monetary Fund, his administration oversaw
strong economic growth while following a policy termed
"Evonomics" which sought to move from a liberal economic
approach to a mixed economy. Scaling back U.S. influence
in the country, he built relationships with leftist
governments in the Latin American pink tide.

- The electoral authorities said
that President Evo Morales had won his fourth term in
office in the first round. However, his rival, Carlos
Mesa, refused to recognize the election results. The
opposition engaged in rallies, which subsequently led to
unrest, arguing that there had been irregularities in the
vote-counting process.

- Morales announced he was
stepping down from his presidential post over the weekend
after Gen. Williams Kaliman, the army chief of the
Bolivian military, called on the former cocalero activist
to resign. The South American country has been rattled for
weeks by anti-government protests once reports of election
fraud emerged after a result count was ceased for a period
for several hours.
ZetaTalk Opinion
11/30/2019: We
have recently addressed the cash
crunch, where banks in the US and Europe and China are
requiring infusions of liquidity. This is, as we stated, a
means of keeping the banking industry alive as bankruptcies
and subsequent foreclosures are increasing and the public
defaulting on their loans. The public hears little of this.
President Trump has focused on keeping the US economy booming,
and the Stock Market reflecting this, but elsewhere the
failing economies worldwide due to crop shortages and
earthquake and storm damage is nakedly obvious.
Socialist countries may
distribute the wealth from the rich to the poor, but in times
of economic slowdown there is simply less wealth overall to
maintain the standard of living that the poor have come to
expect. Venezuela is a case study
in this regard. In these matters the military is key, as if
they are bribed to support the establishment, the
establishment survives, else it fails and most often Martial
Law is instituted. In Venezuela, the military supports Maduro,
but in Bolivia, the military aligned with the people and
supported a regime change.
We have predicted that
Martial Law will be in place in almost every country by the
time the Pole Shift arrives. The primary reason for Martial
Law to be enacted will be rioting. Disasters such as
earthquakes and hurricanes may result in looting, but rioting
is unfettered rage unleashed upon everything in sight. Human
beings are animals, and fight
or flight is the response to what is considered a
threat. The failure of social services, to hunger and empty
shelves in the markets – all these trigger the fight or flight
response.
The public will first blame
the establishment, but even if a change occurs, a different
leader emerging, this will not settle the issue. It is not
until draconian Martial Law that rioting can be stopped.
Bolivia did indeed have election fraud, as the OAS reported.
Morales was an ethical and responsible leader for over a
decade, but felt strongly that no other leader could shepherd
his country through these times. Given the economic collapse
afflicting the world at large,
with Chile and Venezuela and now Bolivia having an enraged
public in S America alone, this scenario is likely to repeat
elsewhere.
New Madrid
Warnings
What caused the booms in Wichita, Arkansas on November 2?
Wichita lies on the Arkansas River, which bounds the southern
perimeter of the Ozarks, just as the heaving Missouri
River bounds the northern perimeter. The Wichita booms
were from snapping rock, the rock of the Ozarks pushing south.
Three days later on November 5, Oxford,
Mississippi got the jitters, right where the Arkansas
River touches the Mississippi River. The Wichita adjustment had
traveled down along the river bed.

- The source of a loud boom and

Officials at McConnell Air Force Base say it did not come
from the base and the United States Geological Survey did
not report any earthquakes at that time. There also were
no explosions.

Boom, Shaking, Rattles Many in the Wichita Metro Area
November 2, 2019
http://www.kake.com/story/41263444/what-in-the-world-was-that-loud-boom
- The American Meteor Society has
weighed in on the "boom" that many of us around Kansas and
Oklahoma heard earlier this afternoon. It appears as if
the best answer to the boom we heard is a meteor, but this
hasn't been confirmed.
ZetaTalk Insight 11/30/2019: Why
would a loud boom and rattling houses from snapping rock in
Wichita relate to the tension in the New Madrid region? We
have stated that heaving around the Missouri River is due to
the hard rock there crunching and bending instead of ripping.
If the rock under the Ozarks is heaving, where does this
process end? Wichita is on the Arkansas River, which empties
into the Mississippi near Oxford, Mississippi. Just as the
Missouri River bounds the Ozarks on the north, the Arkansas
River bounds the Ozarks on the south. Thus the pressure of the
heaving Ozarks transferred to Wichita. There was a temporary
rebound all the way down the Arkansas River bed to where the
river empties into the Mississippi.
On November 6 the methane released during the Wichita bang
reached Kansas City. Or perhaps it was the crunching, heaving
rock of the Ozarks. If Wichita was on the Arkansas River
wrapping around the southern perimeter of the Ozarks, Kansas
City is more central to the Ozarks. Note that other towns nearby
did not get the poop smell, so the excuse that this was caused
by winds blowing in from the north is unlikely. This is breaking
rock, releasing methane.

Outhouse Odor after Wind brings Rural Life Experience

https://www.rt.com/usa/472887-kansas-city-smell-poop/
- Kansas City has been caught off
balance by a chemical attack of sorts, as strong smell of
manure filled the streets and prompted the wildest
speculations among Kansas and Missouri residents.
Meanwhile, media blamed the weather. The city got engulfed
in a mass of air that basically smelled like excrement.
On November 7, Seismograms
showed the Black Hills of S Dakota going black, though no other
seismographs other than a blip in Texas and nearby Yellowstone
participated. Oxford, Mississippi, which lies where the Arkansas
River empties into the Mississippi River, went wobbly. This
showed a nexus between the Black Hills jitters and the New
Madrid Fault Line tugs. The Black Hills is the endpoint where
the Seaway rips open lands to the west of the Seaway.
ZetaTalk Insight
2/10/2006: A
widening seaway also does not affect just those land masses
bordering the seaway, as buckling occurs inland and afar. What
does man assume caused the Black Hills to be so rumpled, with
the appearance of a recent buckling and heaving? This is the
center of a land plate! The tearing of the seaway does not end
at Duluth, Minnesota, it travels underground to S Dakota!
Quake swarms in the New Madrid region
have been ongoing since the end of September. This is of course
significant because this was also the epicenter of the large New
Madrid quakes in 1811-1812. Why is this location vulnerable? Per
the Zetas, it is where the ripping of the New Madrid Fault Line
encounters hard rock, which unlike the soft rock layers that
rise up from the Gulf along the Mississippi River, will not bend
and stretch.
ZetaTalk Prediction
10/31/2019: When
the hard rock above New Madrid can no longer adjust by rock
layers overlapping, the New Madrid Fault Line will begin to
tear the hard rock. The soft rock below New Madrid will
likewise rip, rather than stretch. Each segment of the fault
line will be put under intense stress, and quickly fail in a
domino fashion. The New Madrid Fault Line will rapidly unzip
toward Chicago and then East under the Seaway.
Per the Zetas, the predecessors to the big New Madrid adjustment
include the Seaway spreading, quakes on the West Coast, and
quake swarms in the New Madrid region. We now have all of that.
The New Madrid Fault Line has started to unzip at its weakest
point where it touches the Gulf at New Orleans. The next thing
to watch will be major quakes in Mexico as it lurches west,
tightening the bow. The S American roll is indeed pushing the
tip of Mexico to the west, as a snap shot of the quakes on
November 8 shows.
ZetaTalk Prediction
8/28/2010: Indeed,
tearing of the St. Lawrence Seaway will occur during the New
Madrid adjustment. We have warned that quakes on the West
Coast, or the Seaway, or in the New Madrid region will occur
before the major quake in the New Madrid region we have
referred to as the adjustment on a 7 of 10 level. Mexico will
lurch to the west as this major quake occurs, with a settling
of land to the west of the Mississippi almost instantly
afterwards. The Mississippi will seem to have widened, and
those to the West will see a new view as they look East, as
their land will have shifted to the Southwest as well as
dropped.
Trinidad Bubble
On October 31 a mysterious purple
blob appeared over the island of Trinidad. The blob was
large enough to be seen from space via satellite.
Trinidad is being dissected by the
S American roll, which pushes the S American plate over the
Caribbean Plate. A mud volcano appeared along this border, and
periodically erupts. This aggressive rubbing action was
displayed recently when Brazil beaches
were covered in crude oil, identified as Venezuela oil.
Venezuela oil is extracted from rock. Now we have more evidence
of shattered rock. Per the Zetas, the purple blob is a methane
gas bubble.
ZetaTalk Insight
11/30/2019: The
S American roll is aggressive lately, as the Venezuela oil on
Brazil beaches shows. The boundary between the Caribbean
Plate, which is being pushed down, and the S American Plate,
which is rolling over the Caribbean Plate, dissects Trinidad.
This line can be seen going east to west through the center of
Trinidad. When rock layers are torn apart in this manner,
methane gas is released. Unless there is a spark from
lightning or cloud friction, this gas remains in a bubble,
rising as methane is lighter than air.
Earthquake Alerts
There are many valid predictors that an earthquake is pending
or at least a strong possibility. Among them the electronic
screech that rock under pressure emits. Rock normally has air
pockets but when under pressure, the air pockets are eliminated
so that electrons can flow continuously. Thus the static on
radios that is heard near an epicenter the days just before an
earthquake. Thus the desire of many animals to flee the area. Frog plagues are an example, and are
included in the Exodus plagues.
- Frog Migration: Omen to China
Earthquake Disaster
May 13, 2008
https://www.weirdasianews.com/2008/05/13/frog-migration-omen
- On May 5th, many Chinese locals
noticed thousands of frogs on the move. On May 12th
central China region recorded a 7.8-magnitude quake which
occurred near Wenchuan County, Sichuan province that
killed nearly 10,000 people.
- Exodus 8:1–4
- This is what the great Lord says:
Let my people go, so that they may worship me. If you
refuse to let them go, I will plague your whole country
with frogs. The Nile will teem with frogs. They will come
up into your palace and your bedroom and onto your bed,
into the houses of your officials and on your people, and
into your ovens and kneading troughs. The frogs will go up
on you and your people and all your officials.
Rock being pulled apart releases methane, as the rock layers
slide over one another, exposing rotting vegetation that had
been trapped in the past to the air. Thus the stretch
stench, often mistaken for manure, is a clue. Earthquake
clouds, a particular striated cloud formation, likewise
occur because of the flow of electrons from compressed rock.
ZetaTalk Explanation
9/21/2004: It
has been reported that radios pick up static in the vicinity
of a pending quake, due to the pressure the rock is under
creating particle flow bursts, electromagnetic in nature, thus
static. Where normally clouds represent water vapor that is
being blown about by wind, when over land where particle
bursts are coming out of the ground this wind is not merely
flowing over the land, but is affected by vertical bursts from
the ground.
But where stretched rock indicates rock under stress, there is
no clue for an immediate threat of an earthquake like the desire
of animals to flee. Snakes and Ants escape their homes in the
ground, and domesticated animals such as Peking Ducks become
frantic. I can personally attest to this as my Peking Duck
Mildred would not be comforted the two days prior to a 4.5 in
nearby Chicago. Then she was at peace. Pets, which live with
their humans, are notorious for being an alert, as quake
predictor Jim Berkland explains.
- Jim Berkland
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jim_Berkland
- James O. Berkland was a
California geologist who controversially claimed to be
able to predict earthquakes. His notoriety arose from an
interview published in the Gilroy Dispatch on October 13,
1989, where he predicted that an earthquake with a
magnitude between 3.5 and 6.0 would occur in the San
Francisco Bay Area between October 14 and October 21. The
6.9-magnitude Loma Prieta earthquake occurred on October
17, just four days later.
